Yup.....Jogging is a very dangerous sport/ hobby (It's a silent 'J' by the way

You're advised to wear head protection just in case a plane does decide to fly into you.
In fact, I think it's a little too dangerous to have unsupervised Jogging happening in public, so I think we should have some sort of 'Jogging License' to prove we are competant enough to Jog (it should cost no more than a reasonable £400).
Of course, to reduce the risk of this type of thing happening again, we could reduce the amount of people Jogging. Maybe if we imposed a CO2 tax on Joggers we might be able to force the numbers down.
Or we could put up some speed cameras to make sure the Joggers aren't running TOO fast so that they cannot get out of the way of a divebombing plane. Afterall, the faster you are running, the further it takes you to stop, and your ability to perform a controlled turn is greatly reduced.
