It was an idiotic thing. I wasted one of their employee's time by emailing them a question which no doubt they receive all the time just to clarify that I could babysit a friend's child a couple of times.

Exactly, another half baked bit of legislation that fell apart as soon as implemented because it wasn't thought through in the first place.
