No no no no.

The EUSSR must be allowed to happen at all costs.

Losing control over our tax system will be the biggest shake up this country has ever had. It will also hit the EU hard when we can no longer afford to be #2 creditor.

It is as simple as this.

Change UK tax law and a very significant bunch of companies will F/O abroad.

This is the elephant in the room.

This is the obstacle in the path of a federal superstate.

But as long as Germany and France are OK, who cares? wink

Dave and Broon will be stting their pants over this. We can't let the public have a say in what role we play in Europe now can we.

Hopefully CMD will do the right thing and if given the opportunity, ask the people via a referendum.

The comedic part of all this, is that winky is now trying to claim that if re-elected, there would be a website to track all the election pledges made, to ensure that they are followed through, as one of his ideas for bringing some faith back into politics................... if only he'd done something similar 5 years ago when the labour party manifesto promised a referendum on the EU constitution!
