BBC1 10:55pm
TV Guide Says:
David Dimbleby chairs a debate from Woking, Surrey, as Foreign Secretary David Miliband, former leader of the Liberal Democrats Menzies Campbell and historian Simon Schama face topical questions from the audience

Should be interesting Schama can be very cutting and insightful, I expect Milliband to spin himself in knots.

I just hope Dimbleby keeps them on topic and doesn't throw too many life lines...smash

Every time I see a Milliband, I want to dip their head in a bucket of paint and paint a wall. Strange but true!

Yet another anti-Tory audience tonight. Given that it's in Woking that's a bit surprising.

Hate to say it but Milliband is coming across quite well. I don't like him but he connects very well with the audience. Sure he's lying but like Blair he's convincing to those he's targeting and 1000x better than McBroon.

The gland just destroyed on electoral reform. Bravo to the questioner and to Theresa May for reinforcing the point.

P.S. Milligland is a , isn't he? Jesus.

Worst selected audience ever. They haven't applauded a thing that Simon Shama or Janet Daly said, but only anti-Tory points.

Haha, he was good. His point got glossed over though frown Would've liked to see a discussion on that!

Not on 'their' agenda, me thinks.

biggrin What a paranoid load of tripe. How do you think the audience is 'selected'?

Could it not, possibly, be that the audience is entirely representative and tory dogma is just not that appealing...?

QT audiences don't just walk in off the street, you know.

I couldn't categorically rule it out but it seems extremely unlikely.

Adverts in "Ugly and Stupid People" monthly ?

I'm sure the audience for the Nick Griffin appearance were selected from "Socialist Worker" and "Lesbian, Socialist Single Mum on Benefits" magazines.
