From reading the other election / political threads it seems votes will not all be going in the one direction!

So who will you be voting for come May the 6th?

Understand that some people do not like to share who they are voting for, but I think it would be good to get an indication of which way PH will be going, feel free to comment, let us know who you will be voting for if you are that way inclined.

Apologies if your party of choice isn't on the list - I could only fit ten into the poll.

The poll needs another option for a tactical vote

I live in a strong Labour seat where the incumbent has a 15,000 majority

The Tories are in 3rd place

I will therefore be voting Lib Dem in the hope that disillusioned Labour voters are more likely to do the same and it will be one less seat for Labour

"Meanwhile UKIP has launched its own manifesto... and pledged not to field candidates against any "committed Eurosceptic" from other parties.

As well as six Conservatives - the party says it will not run against Labour's David Drew in Stroud, Gloucestershire and will actively campaign on their behalf including, in some cases, putting up posters backing them. "

Regardless of supporting the tory MPs, supporting a labour MP warrants the death penalty AFAIK.

Tories it is!

To those who answered 'Wont be voting', shame on you. You should not be able to complain about anything after the election if you do not turn out to vote.

I can find plenty to pick at in the Conservative manifesto, and by jingo I will, but for now - we need Labour gone because they're fking toxic to this country.

Exactly. The 3% who voted Labour-have the balls to post on here! I would also like to vote UKIP but feel it would be wasted.

There's no-one to vote for. Neither leading party has managed the economy or run the country well.

Not to mention the irony of voting in a PH opinion poll rather than an actual General Election!

I won't be voting as I don't support the system and I will continue to complain about the failure of representative democracy after the election.

Same here. I am a life-long Tory voter, but am sick of the New Green Tory Party. 'Tis time they grew a backbone, and told it how it is, rather than pander to those whom shout the loudest.

Then spoil your paper, the leaders aren't stupid, for every 50 papers spoiled, they know that a good chunk of them were done on purpose.

Simply not true. The previous tory gubmint did a decent job on the economy. To pretend otherwise is to practice self-delusion.

No, No, No!!!

Do not spoil your paper. That simply show dissatisfaction with the candidates and not the system. With less and less people voting it becomes more difficult for our current political class to claim they have a mandate to govern.

Although I support some of their policies, I do not see how anybody who has an ounce of self respect can stand having parties like UKIP embarrass us in front of the rest of the world, also, it is a vote towards a hung parliament, which is a vote for a disaster.

I’m the same as many people on here, I'll be voting conservative as a tactical choice, even though I disagree with their policies on manmadeup global warming, candidate selection & parts of their education policy to name just a few bits.

These points pale into insignificance when compared with my disagreement with the vast majority of the labour manifesto and the "moral compass" (or ethics for those of us able to converse with other English speaking humans) of their leadership, which is far too similar to that of Stalin / Hitler / Mussolini / Orwell's 1984 etc.

In 4 years time however, I may well be voting for somebody else like UKIP (if they have their act together by then) who on the face if it seem to reflect my opinion far better than the main 3.
