Greater access to University - although this is a bit of a double edged sword IMO.
The thing is, whatever anyone posts up there will be a downside. Take the NHS example - services have improved, but it's cost the country an arm and a leg to do so.

There is no need for M6 toll if they spent the whole 40bn on roads
