Genuine and passionate. A few gimmicks, but not enough to spoil it. Why can't he be more like that all the time, and could Cameron/Clegg do that?

Funny to see the audience turn on the heckler.

It is my opinion that every time he opens his mouth, a lie comes out.
I have yet to see anything that contradicts that opinion.

No matter what he says the labour party has over 13 years said one thing to get elected and done another when elected.

As Cromwell said:

You have sat too long for any good you have been doing lately ... Depart, I say; and let us have done with you. In the name of God, go!

Brown.
Genuine.
Passionate.

Three words that do NOT belong together in the same sentence.

Now Brown, Lying and C*nt would go well...

The best speech Brown will make will be at some point on Friday.

It was very passionate. For Gordon Brown.

Unfortunately, what he appears to be most passionate about are the usual socialist tax-and-spend policies.

The video was 10 minutes long. You might want to watch it before you reply.

My history is a little shakey, but wasn't he hated by even more people than Brown?

I'm fairly sure the Irish don't like him.

As I mentioned on another thread....

There's something Hitleresque about him there...

Witness the post speech recovery from near hysterical trance...

Looks like Hitler meets Mussolini...

Bet he needed a lie down after that....hehe

Indeed he was but he broke forever the rule of the monarchy, sure he is hated by people at the time but it is because of him you have the rule of government today.

The Irish hate all English people, we are their French.

Anyhow broon's a .

Seems to have gone back to his socialist roots.

He spoke with passion and yes I agree his delivery was a lot better than we've seen for the last decade but it's a bit late isn't it?

So you guys are voting for this then?

I know the general PH view is that Brown is a one-eyed Scot who does nothing right. I don't go along with that and this stuff about him lying all the time is just crap.

Like I said originally, could Cameron or Clegg make a speech as good as that?
