I haven't looked at the details of the seat. However, he is an Asian candidate parachuted in from Leicester into an almost all white community in Norfolk. I hardly think he was on to a sure fire winner.
It's got him is 15 minutes of fame. However, it could be a spectacular fail if Gordon retains any position of power within the Labour party.

Does make me wonder what the public dont like about the Conservatives - have there ratings not dropped(clear 10points ahead a few months ago) and stood still at 33-35%?
