ETA - This must have been on GMTV this morning, so it looks like I missed it...bounce

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/sara...

The couple held hands through much of the GMTV interview, as the Prime Minister paid tribute to his wife for her support throughout the campaign. yuck

"I just think what she's done, just coming round with me, working with me, supporting me. I just love her." hurl

Mrs Brown was asked about her husband's unguarded description of Gillian Duffy last week as "bigoted", and whether her presence in Rochdale could have stopped it happening.

She said: "Well, I wasn't there so I really don't know one way or the other." rolleyes

The Prime Minister was asked whether he would stand down for the good of his party.

"I don't think it will work that way but if I couldn't make a difference any more then I would go off and do something else," he said.

"Sarah and I may go off and do charity voluntary work. I don't want to do business or anything else, I just want to do something good."

That would make a change... Thank God there's only two more days of this to put up with.

I think you're deluded. It's going to be a hung parliament. If it is, then Winky stands.

I meant the electioneering more than anything, but I still hold out a small hope that the polls will prove to be out by just enough...

He comes across as such a fking moron. It's like he's overcompensated for his bigot comment, and now he walks about with a big fking gormless grin all the time.

"That censored Tony has hoovered up the trough for non-exec roles, and Obama thinks I'm a tosser for the way I brought down the banking system, so that's speechifying out"

that grin really does look forced.

also, will he stop saying 'good to see you' and 'nice to see you' to people he doesn't even fking know.

what a complete retard. He needs to drown himself.

I am surprised he hasn't just given up now - although to be fair he does look half dead. Infact, I have seen livelier looking corpses
hehe

But at least he wouldn't have a chance in hell of legislating any more mayhem, though the world's reaction to him still being there will plunge us further down the sewer.

So, all you potential Limp Dem voters, are you ready for that? Because it is down to you if it happens.

The problem is that your "making a difference" is f***ng up the entire country for the next 20 years. So please do go off and do something else, Seppuku for example

I predict that following his loss of office, Sarah Brown will leave the emasculated angry impotent little turd. He'll have nobody to take out his anger on except her and his kids, he'll end up leathering her then crying and regretting it, but after a few new starts their relationship will irrecoverably break down.

Still, if you want to do something good Gordon, how about jumping off Westminster Bridge?

FFS - we've spent 40 years and God knows how many millions cleaning up the Thames and removing all of the ordure and filth that used to be dumped into it.....and you want to put it all back in?

If it get's rid of Winky then yes, let him jump. Indeed, I'd encourage, nay implore, him to do so.

Amateur.

You can't get rid of Winky simply by dumping him untreated into an estuary - like a big lump of number two, he'll just come floating back in on the next tide.

No, Winky needs to be dissolved in concentrated acid, moulded into ultra-low porosity glass ingots in a high-temperature vitrification plant, and dumped into an ocean trench....or fired into space.

That's how you do Winky disposal.

Nick Clegg has already singled him out saying he doesn't want to work with him.

Most likely he'll get replaced and Labour and Lib Dems form and alliance.
