Voter Turn Out & Tactical Voting

What with all this talk of the election being close run, do people think that it will be a good turn out in terms of voters? If it isn't then i think there's a very big problem with political apathy that will need to be properly addressed.

Further, is all this talk of tactical voting going to work? Personally, i'd thought about it (52% lab majority here), but given all the talk, i'll now be voting for the Conservatives, rather than voting to keep labour out, just can't risk helping the liberals. Anyone else had similar thoughts?
