Apparently ok, but injured. Circling to land in Buckinghamshire apparently. Pilot is being cut out.

It looks like the banner caught around tailplane leading to loss of pitch control.

Highly unlikely the banner could get caught around the engine.

Both Farage and the pilot seem to have been very, very lucky.
