Isn't there one constituency in Yorkshire somewhere that isn't holding a vote until later on in May because one of the candidates died? Now if that were a key marginal, and Cameron ends up needing one more seat, then we might not know until then.

Continuing with your hypothetical... are candidates allowed to continue lobbying, campaigning, plauging mailboxes with junk mail etc?

I'm not sure how much of an affect my two local areas will have, but our votes won't be counted until 10am tomorrow morning. That's for Lancaster/Fleetwood & Morecambe/Lunesdale area.

I've just seen a preview of the BBC coverage with that Vine and a pile of paving slabs - more inane and more confusing that when we had that Vine as a cowboy.

So. Where to get decent reporting? Ideally without Vine. Who is a .
