At least two of us are having a bit of fun on Betfair while the results trickle in. I'm just bought Tories at ~3

I'm leaving it well alone but a buy at 3 seems decent long term bet, short term I expect them to get longer though.

I'm not sure about betting on voter turnout - 60.01-65% at 8 looks like a good shot.

I've also been trying to figure out the line on seats for liberals. It's currently 71-75. I don't know if there's any money in it.

I thought the turnout was supposed to have been very good - i.e. >70%?

It's very possible, that's what the odds are indicating. But I was thinking it could be worth a shot as that's what turnout is usually although this election is a little different.

Any idea what the Tories peaked at when the exit poll was announced? Looks like 3.2ish from the graph.

I missed both peak and trough. When is the first seat expected?

if you backed it at 8 you can lay out of it at 3.9 for some easy money...

First seat, ultra safe labour historically, is due at 10:43 (they're trying to break their own record)

If hung drops below 1.4 then I'm laying it, despite saying I wouldn't get involved.

3.2 now, think it'll go longer still after the first seat is announced. 3.5 would be a cracking price smile
