Until he loses to a Miliband. And frankly he would deserve a good shoeing for that. hehe

Till? I think you mean 'til don't you?

And we hated Tony and Gordon because they were hypocritical socialists.

I've already started, save time for later. This government coalition won't last 12 months, so it's better to get a head start.

prefering Osbourne to Cable as Chancellor?

would love to see the first time the whole lot get round the table....nervous looks one and all.

remember this is POLITICS and it comes down to shafting someone else, whilst smoothing your own way. devious, sneaky feckers one and all....all 649 of them.

No, I like the Tories, I like CMD. But it always happens, everyone say's how great he is. Then, after a while, people start kicking off.

You could put Joey Deacon in there and things wouldn't get much worse frankly, and we've yet to see Osbourne actually do anything as chancellor, which already puts him on par with the cretins who preceed him. Actually no - it puts him in better standing as he hasn't utterly knackered anything. Given the position Cable has been given (assuming the coalition gets the go-ahead) he's not actually devoid of input.

Best we actually give him a chance first, no?

Exactly.

Core Labour voters hate CMD already, because by-and-large they're work-shy scrounging benefit parasites, or client-state pretend-job parasites....or just fked in the head.

Probably not long. He's got a tough task and more than half the population can't stand him already.

I hope he does well, but I'm not sure he's upto it.

Everything bad that happens can just be blamed on the Liberal Democrats.

A great number of core Conservative party activists hate him, too. (He's a bit too woolly and to the left of his party for a very sizable portion who lean more to the right, as most activists do). Being disliked outisde your party is to be expected. Being suffered/endured or disliked from within is far more worrying (to him). It will be interesting to see how events unravel for DC. Will the traditional Tory media honeymoon last more than a year, I wonder? We'll see, I guess.

Nice educated political analysis of the core Labour voter by the way. smile
