Cabinet Punchbag - John Prescott.

Not strictly a cabinet post, more a gimp stapled to a bench outside the cabinet room in Number 10 that everyone slaps on the way in before making policy.

Cut all the jobs the Labour have created that are pointless.
Cut benefits for those who don't need
Start going back on lots of Labour laws that went through.

I don't think it'll be all the non-jobs but I think there will be a bit of a cull.

There will certainly be a change in benefits judging from Cameron's opening speech last night.

I hope that a lot of the laws will be changed - hopefully someone will go and ask plod which ones are unworkable etc.

Get rid of that Electoral Commission quango for a start. The UK never seemed to have a problem with people voting until Labour introduced that!

Hopefully we'll see some common sense with respect to roads and the Policing thereof.

Frankly, I don't mind the idea of road pricing as per Clegg's Manifesto; I just hope that CMD and his cronies have the ability to make improvements with the revenue rather than piss it up the wall on Pornos and 'privileges'.

Lets hope not. even smokers find it pleasant coming home from a night out not stinking like a walking ashtray smile
Maybe we can have a bylaw that smokers have to swallow the dimps rather than throwing them on the floor smile
Ps i'm not antismoking. Just do it where there.s plenty of fresh air to take the stink away. And tidy up after yourself smile

And Mandelson's title.

I think they might want to try and sort out a vote of no confidence in the speaker of the house.

Nope. Free vote on hunting. Eventually.

Doubt they'll even look at the smoking business.

Not everything introduced over the last 13 years is going to get repealed.

I like the fact that you covered all smokers in your sweeping generalisation... good effort.

If Brown goes off to be head of the IMF then Cameron may well have to deal with his adversary sooner rather than later! Brown will be back on the front pages.
