He takes photos and was caught with them
He has them on phone
His computer also had the search terms pre-teen and lolita


Most of it seems to be pointing to him.

I would like to know what grade the images were before passing judgement.

I am not sure, she seems to claim nothing out of the ordinary was going on.

I am learning not be so quick to judge in my old age, not everything is always as the media try to tell you.

in a word yes. sounds bad the story but these things are often blown out of proportion - eg it says the word lolita is child abuse i think you will find many mainstream films that would disagree

My mum worked as the Prison Nurse at the ladies prison just outside of Wakefield/Mirfield.

She said it was chockers with women who had sexually abused theirs, and others, kids.

You always think its a male thing but it was quite startling.

From that Wikipedia article:

So to cross the threshold of prosecution, you need to have "Deliberately posed pictures of children fully clothed, partially clothed or naked (where the amount,context and organisation suggests sexual interest)."

I probably have a few bathtime pics/videos of my toddlers. Presumably I'm destined for some kind of paedo register if caught with such stuff.
