He actually said "This jet is a messenger of honour and human generosity and a saviour of mankind, before being a messenger of death for enemies of mankind," which is not quite so bad. Anyway, in my experience, a lot is lost in translation as people talk differently around the world.razbox said:

Iranians have been keeping f14's flying or years with nothing but paper clips and a shoe string. I think they gave the capability to make something like this work.
Also this nuclear powerplant doesn't achieve anywhere near the enrichment levels required for nuclear weapons.
He is a crazy chap though. It'll most certainly be our next war. Or Argentina

It certainly wont be fast judging by those wings and it ain't small so I imagine knocking it out of the sky will be a doddle. To be honest I can't see the point of it
It looks cheap, so he could build sufficient for some to get through.@ Jimbeaux, I'm at work so I'm limited with what I can do (or have limited knowledge to do more), but looking at Googlemaps, it looks like Isreal is no more than maybe 350 miles from Iran's western border. If someone could go on Google earth and check the distance properly that'd be good.

The report says it's a bomber, capable of carrying a couple of 250lb bombs so I assume the defence is against ground attacks.....from where though? As I said it will be remotely piloted and slow therefor prone to Stinger/Strela etc
It doesn't look costly and I don't think they ever plan on getting one back since, you know, it doesn't even have a landing gear.. They might as well have just made an r/c missile.
