Obviously not happy with his planning application for a 3m high wall surrounding his property being turned down....man lets Cypress Leyland trees grow 35ft instead!
Makes you wonder what's going on inside if he wants to protect his privacy that much!

I can see why its annoying but the neighbour is called Roger. The bloke opposite in the piece is called Roger. Stereotypes ahoy, but i bet they're both nosey t

If he owned a plot far enough away from others for it to affect only him I'd agree with you but he doesn't.
