Post service and responsibility for your mail.
Discussion
As I understand it at the moment when you put an item of mail into a post box it becomes the property of the recipient, there have been numerous DVLA threads regarding serving of papers and such like.
If the Post service is sold off how will this work, I am pretty sure an envelope/parcel given to a courier remains the senders property until delivery.
It the P.O. is sold who is responsible for the mail in the system, will it close off the DVLA get out clause some have used to escape SORN fines ?
