Bank of England/Federal Reserve "Ownership"!
Discussion
I've actually been told that both the Bank of England and the Federal Reserve are actually privately owned with "shareholders"
- both corporate and individuals.
Can someone confirm/deny this? I'm not one for conspiracy theories but, IF TRUE, I want to know who the OWNERS of these "companies that can CREATE money" are and the rest actually.... no laughing matter.
Rather important question no??

The BoE is state owned.
I'm not sure that's true.. that's what I want to establish. And why the hell should this be secret?
I don't think there is a 'secret'. It's state owned.
Copied and pasted of tinternet
"1946 brought the "nationalisation" of the Bank. At the end of WWII, Britain was more or less bankrupt, so it was agreed that instead of paying cash for the shares of the Bank, shareholders would receive 3% Treasury stock instead. With the 1946 Bank of England Act, all the Bank shares were transferred into the possession of the Treasury solicitor, and there they are to this day. It remains a corporation, not a government department.
In 1998 the Government enacted the 1998 Bank of England Act, which gave the Bank's Court of Directors complete independence with regard to monetary policy."

How the hell is this a continued subject of discussion?
Neither institution is new....
I think its because there's so much dogy info about this, all the conspiracy vids love this subject. A quick google search brings up many versions of the "truth".Neither institution is new....
Regardless of who owns what, as far as im aware "fractional reserve banking" is the order of the day?

So it's NOT owned by the state then? And if it's NOT who owns it (and the Fed?)
I don't give a toss if they're new institutions or not. Why should this be a secret?
Why aren't more people asking this question?
This is outrageous.
There are MANY THOUSANDS of people asking these questions all the time, entire groups of people, setting up websites, meets and protests. trust me! why doesen't it come up in the mainstream media? Thats a different subject.I don't give a toss if they're new institutions or not. Why should this be a secret?

Search for "fractional reserve banking" on youtube and google. there is lots of disinformation out there so research stuff as you go.
"money masters" on youtube is good and gives lots of history, same bloke also shows how the wizard of oz symbolises the dodgy monetary policy and the gold standard in "the secret of oz".
BOE is a weird one but there is no question about the FED reserve, it is privatly owned by lizards

Seems a bit quiet in here.
Most people can not understand what this actually means, or they don't think it makes any difference.
Everything the world owes is owed to private companies who set up a system whereby the world would be in debt to them forever.
Nothing to see here.
Please get on with your lives.

If that's outrageous, this will really boil your piss. The Bank of International Standards (BIS) is the Fed and the BofE bankers, in other words the Central Banks, Bankers.
The following is an extract from their charter.
Article 2: inviolability
1. The buildings or parts of buildings and surrounding land which, whoever may be the owner thereof, are used for the purposes of the Bank shall be inviolable. No agent of the Swiss public authorities may enter therein without the express consent of the Bank. Only the President, the General Manager of the Bank, or the duly authorized representative shall be competent to waive such inviolability.
2. The archives of the Bank, and, in general, all documents and any data media belonging to the Bank or in its possession, shall be inviolable at all times and in all places.
3. The Bank shall exercise supervision of and police power over its premises.
Article 4: immunity from jurisdiction and execution
1. The Bank shall enjoy immunity from criminal and administrative jurisdiction, save to the extent that such immunity is formally waived in individual cases by the President, the General Manager of the Bank, or their duly authorized representative.
2. The assets of the Bank may be subject to measures of compulsory execution for enforcing monetary claims. On the other hand, all deposits entrusted to the Bank, all claims against the Bank and the shares issued buy the Bank shall, without the prior agreement of the Bank, be immune from seizure or the other measures of compulsory execution and sequestration, particularly of attachment within the meaning of Swiss law.

Well, I was pissed off, but know I can see its all above board im happy
