It is about as much to do with religion as this website is to do with knitting. They simply use that excuse to brainwash the weak into following their efforts to scare and kill innocent people.

But until moderate Muslims actually stand up to the extremists there is little can be done, and all the time the thick such as the EDL gain support from people who believe all Muslims are Terrorists.

Jesus H Christ, next they'll be telling us that Al Quaida are using grannies with explosive cakes to destroy important WI meeting places or training carrier pidgeons to carry small bombs to dive bomb picnic areas. Or is it all a load of old ste? I know where my money is.

Funny how this alledgedly happened 2 years ago but they only report it (or release the info) now. Does anyone else find it odd that the same people (apparently) who were able to plan and execute the hijack of several planes and then fly them successfully into buildings at roughly the same time, are now unable to get a bomb up someones arse to explode? It's like a bad farce.

Is it possible (i know its a crazy theory) that these are all different brands of nutters who have been spurred on after we invaded Afghanistan and Iraq? Surely the powers that be couldn't have anything to gain from making us think the original perps were still at large?

I very much doubt moderate Muslims will be able to stop terrorism. Like with anything hardcore minorities can exist, like with football hooliganism etc
