Not one I've come across, where have you seen it & in what context?
Acronym finder gives "Low Dollar Value" although not common

My Daughter having phone conversation with my wife, Daughter said she is now senior team leader (Legal and General)for the team who will be responsible for the LDV's, clearly my wife has misheard. But I've not heard of LTV's either.
Looks like I will have to phone Daughter and get the story, don't like to talk to her about her work though.
