paroled in July after 15 years inside (on permanent licence, as a lifer)
can't be deported back to Italy, where he was born, cos he's lived in Britain all his life innit
back in jail now after robbing someone
rehabilitated

If we can't deport criminals back to their country of origin is there somewhere else we can send them?, serious question.
i'm sure for the right price certain countries will be willing to turn a blind eye to the influx.Shaid GTB said:

Give them a nice tent, some matches and a supply of Pot Noodles and Bob's your auntie.
Of course, if they don't like it there, they can always leave to another country of their choice.
Might work for

space?Problem is we then get into the debate we had a few months ago on the either they are guilty or not guilty vein.
Personally I don’t see it as black and white as that. There are those convicted on DNA, motive and so on and there are those where there is full CCTV footage, witnesses and an overwhelming weight of evidence against them where their quilt is not only beyond all reasonable doubt, but also any element of ‘unreasonable’ doubt.
I certainly believe that lifers should have all but their very basic Human Rights suspended on conviction (ie we give you the food, water and a building in which to live (well we drop off enough food for the number of detainees and there is a well there), the rest is up to you.
Hell on earth? Too right it would be, but then they shouldn’t be robbin’, rapin’, Fiddlin', and/or muderin’ SoBs in the first place IMO.

We tried this before with AustraliaAnyway they also sent people there who would be released once they served their time - Those that I would send to my island will not be returning except in lavender if they or their family cover the costs of the repatriation of their bodies.

k him off out of the country - lost the availability to invoke his 'Human Rights' for this crime.

Sorry.
