So many events to consider this year, which one stands out for you? My own choice was a hard one, with plenty to choose from - the UK election, and the coalition. Student riots. Snow. Volcanoes. Elections in Myanmar. Tensions in Korea. The Euro crisis. Wikileaks.

Mine has got to be this - a dangerous criminal finally unmasked for what he really was:

How this

Became this

Then this

The apology

Leading to sympathetic press coverage

And finally to this

So, PH, what was your favourite news clip of 2010, and why?

Chose Korea as it is the one that is "closest to home" for me. I had bailed out of the UK before Winky Mcfknut got enywhere near to moving into No10 so although watched it, it was from a distance.

Voted wikileaks myself - it's prompting some very interesting discussions about international diplomacy and freedom of speach.

But as a sub-story, Bigot-gate was absolutely classic, especially as I was working from home and watched the whole sorry story develop on Sky News throughout the day!

(Plus it's one more chance to put the boot into the fknut that made me an economic asylum seeker wink)
