It doesn't say he's not. Unless he has a cast iron alibi, he's at the very least "a person of interest".http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-wiltshire-128...
Final sentence sounds a little ominous:
A spokeswoman said: "We are aware of a previous assault, but we are very much focusing on the here and now. It is not a focus of the investigation at the moment."
Would seem to imply that someone within the family group assualted her at some point in the past?

The sentence before said she got beaten up in a club toilet in 2008. Although frankly that happens so often that it doesn't really matter.A spokeswoman said: "We are aware of a previous assault, but we are very much focusing on the here and now. According to the news it seems that her last recorded location given from her mobile phone was in some woods 12 miles from her home.
That certainly doesn't sound good
Would that not seem to steer you in the direction of a minicab driver? Or someone who offered to drive her home? That certainly doesn't sound good

Anyway. I'm sure we all wish the very best for her and her family and a swift resolution to this.

Thoughts and prayers with you.
Would it be suitable to cease this discussion doe to the proximity of a fellow Pher to this?
With the number of people now on PH it would be virtually impossible to discuss anything if we were barred by the proximity of a PHer to the story. Seem to recall there was a PHer close to the boyfriend of the girl killed in Bristol, where of course the boyfriend has not been charged with murder, someone else has.Would it be suitable to cease this discussion doe to the proximity of a fellow Pher to this?
