Well, the Daily Mail recently ran a story about Police marksman 'gunning down' a herd of cows in front of 'terrified' children.

Pretty good journalism considering the Police weren't even there. The paper isn't even fit to wipe your arse with.

Just got up, looking at this with blurry eyes, I thought the title was ‘Pub singer held for ransom’ – I thought, blimey, the crims really are getting desperate!

The Mail is hilarious. I think the Beano actually contains more news.

Considering the ridicule the Daily Mail gets, an awful lot of people post links from it.

Sadly it is PH's favourite rag. 70% of posters love to get angry about things that didn't happen, but as long as they can read something that tells them that foreigners bleed us dry, you earn £100k pa if you are on benefits and that the police will arrest you for eating rice krispies but not for rape, then they are happy and angry.

Exactly! They are all too busy reading it on the loo (in privacy in case they get caught!) then wiping their asses, that they fail to realise the same and said stories usually appear in just about every other rag too!.

This story is running all over the Isle of Wight where it took place. Even the Beeb has it headlined in Hampshire.

FFS put the fissure (oh my God what have I just said!!) on a slow boat before he claims he needs 'velly lot of compensashun' and the usual counselling to nurse him back to health from his dreadful shock.

This country. Pathetic.

The thing about singing that song is that ten minutes later you feel like singing it again.

I can't read the DM link because of kittenblock, thank God, but from the BBC article:

BBC said:
Simon Ledger, 34, of Shanklin, said he was playing the Carl Douglas hit at the Driftwood bar, Sandown, on Sunday when the man of Chinese origin took offence.

Police said the passer-by claimed he was then "subjected to racial abuse".
So looks like he wasn't arrested for singing Kung Fu Fighting, but rather for alleged behavior afterwards. So a non-story, in other words.

That can't be right. Afterwards?
I thought he was fast as lightening, but more importantly he sang with expert timing.
Potentially even a little bit frightening.
