Can you get 95% mortgages?
What are the rates like for 90% at the moment, i have see Santander Fixed @ 4.5%

Can anyone recommend a Mortgage broker in the City or in Essex, preferably near Chelmsford

Thanks

Fairly sure Santander doesn’t do 95% mortgages, but I stand to be corrected.

I don’t want to sound patronising but if you can’t afford at least a 10% deposit you probably can’t afford a mortgage.

I've just started a "save to buy" policy with Nationwide.

Save £50 a month for 6 months and they'll offer you 95% LTV.

They will also give you £1k cashback, if you have £10k in the account, if you take out one of their mortgages.

My situation is that I'm seperating and would like to know where I stand with the money I will be taking from the sale of our house

From the brief searches I had done I didn't come accross any 95% mortgages so I thought I would ask

The mortgage broke I used in the last 2 properties we have bought seems to have gone bust.

Where is the best place to seek a mortgage broker?
Yell?
Google?

I basically want to find out where I stand when my house exchanges in 3 weeks.

Sorry for post spelling. I'm on the train on my phone. N
