would a credit card charge back apply here or not

i paid for a seat upgrade on a 12hr flight , got on and the entertainment was broken

flight attendant said we could get refunded if we wrote in , so i did and they refuse to refund as i still got my extra leg room and will only offer 4000 airmiles

would the credit card company entertain this as a chargeback or no? im not very happy with th eoutcome

section 75 applies for breach of contract (assume you paid over £100?) however this apepars to be something of a breach and not a full breach so you wouldnt get all the money back

was the TV a reason for the upgrade?
