Dissolving a Ltd company..

Hi

Quick question - Requested Companies House dissolve a Ltd company back in November last but was blocked by HMRC chasing corporation tax which has now been sorted out. The company is currently showing as Active - Proposal to Strike off at companies house. Question is do I need to re apply to dissolve the company?..

Check with Companies House and ask is the Striking Off now continuing.
