Evening

This may be in the wrong section (Computers etc.?), but here goes anyway:

Can anybody recommend a good, free personal finance software or Excel 2010 template? I was about to crack into re-writing my old template, but I figured that there must be something suitable out there that will save me a bundle of time!

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Andy

ETA: I won't be storing bank accout details, I'd merely like to track costs broken into "Cars", "House" etc.

Also, I'm looking to get a smartphone in the not too distant future, so something that maybe has an app for Android would be useful. Could Google Docs be an option?

Would also be interested in this, to see if there is something a little more sophisticated than my current Excel sheet! smile

So far I'm writing my own macro controlled Excel template! No joy after some searching for other solutions. frown

Microsoft Money Sunset Deluxe

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx...

It's a free version of the now defunct Microsoft Money, but it's fully featured and allows imports etc.

I use MoneyDance, but it costs about £40.

Thanks Chaps. MS Money Sunset looks interesting.

I've also just seen mint.com.

Does anybody have any experience with it?
