Natwest pension advise and morgage endownment

can anyone give me a quick bit of advise on a natwest pension i have im thinking of switching or contacting natwest about.

I have a couple of issues bought to light recently due to all the hyp and wondering if im wasting my time looking into it... also looking at both my endownments too

pension since 2003
1 endownment since 1990 guardian
2nd taken out in 1990 standard life
