I need buy/exchange some £'s for Euros for an upcoming holiday on 11th August. Is the exchange rate likely to get better or worse between now and then? I am assuming the outcome of the Greece bailout plan may have some implications, but I'm not fully clued up on these matters!

I am looking to buy about £600 - £800 worth of Euros and at the moment the best exchange rate I have found is E1.11 to the pound with free delivery.

Also, should I be looking at buying 'buy back protection'? Or is that just a waste of money?

Crystall balls are available for £800 wink

I personally wouldn't use a buyback service, but keep any spare euro in the wallet for the next trip to the Eurozone smile

for that amount of money I wouldn't get worked up too much, the markets are hadly going to move to such an extent that you'll see much more than £20 movement either way
