Hi does anybody know where I can get a wall clock like this www.stocktime.ru/en/images/stp336_11_photo.jpg The compamy that sells this one is in Russia and with postage and duty a plastic clock will cost in excess of $200 (assuming it turns up)

Ideally I am looking for a UK, European or US manufacturer.

I'd want an electronic one as dealing with daylight saving crossovers is a pain. (I realise that one has little bits on the end for DST).

And then you've got timeframes for electronic markets too.

Can't you just print the background as an overlay and then stick it on a normal clock? hehe

Look after the pennies, and the pounds look after themselves. yes

Wouldn't work as the hour hand does a single rotation over 24 hrs, so we'd need to find a quartz unit that can be switched to do that.
