Buy to let mortgages at 15%

Are there any big firms/building societies who provide buy-to-let mortgages at 15%? Or is a deposit that low too good to be true?

Depends on the circumstances of the borrower.

You need an appropriately effective IFA to find such a solution.

You can get away with an 80% minimum deposit, as long as the rental income fits the 125% of monthly mortgage payent figure.
Trouble is at that loan to value your choice is very limited and the fees are fairly hefty.
At 75% its much better, but obviously that means finding more cash for the deposit.

There is one lender doing 85% LTV BTL at the moment.
Its not a great rate as you'd guess. Criteria aren't too bad.
Low minimum income, usual 125% of interest (at a rate belwo payrate which is weird.)
