Anyone on here part of the legal fight to get money back from these cowboys? My parents both had investments and are part of the group action against the administrators. I've been reading through some of the letters they have received and it's all quite confusing.

Yes I am loosing a great deal of money following Arch Cru and Capita mangement of the funds.
Are your parents aware that a firm of solicitors Regultory Legal, Birmingham represent an active group of investors trying to get readdress for our lost investment? Yes they are part of the group action. I seem to get lots of emails forwarded on from them and even for lawyers they seem to be badly written.

What are you thoughts on the chances of success of the action?
