How long does it stay on your credit file if an annulment is not applied for?

Have you heard of a new product called Debt Relief Order ? This may be a better options rather than bankruptcy.

Not me. I just made someone Bankrupt!! Just wanted to know how long the tosser would suffer.

You have probably done him a favour! Maxed out credit cards and loan repayments are no use to anyone!! Unless it affects his employment he is probably better off for it!! Crazy I know!

Bankruptcy is not supposed be form of punishment, and yes you might have done this person a huge favour. Any idea if you're going to get your money?
