Has anyone else tried this yet?
You get your new customer number, enter it and then put in your telephone pin and you can access your account with having to go through loads of security questions.
Great, except I have used a few times now and once I managed to get access to an account with £17000 in it and was asked if I wanted to review my other accounts as well and then this evening I had access to an account with £11700 in it. I hung up straight away but seems they are having a few teething troubles. Or perhaps they got this gentlemen to design the security system.
Don't worry. That money was just resting in my account.
