We have been with NWide and paying £500 a month. We have ended and they now want to up the rate to 4.29% effectively doubling our payments.
Our slight problem is on paper, we are less well off than we are.
House just valued at £425,000 and mortgage of £240,000.
Does anyone had advice or know a really hot broker who could help?
