Paypal strikes Again!

need help, had a dispute in on a £100 item from Germany, its went his way even though he hasnt replied to anything,

Bought an item, contacted manufacturer etc and was told it was a copy / counterfit, and also the item doesnt work. contacted the seller, said he would replace, sent the item back signed for, obviously he wouldnt accept it and wouldnt reply, so came back to me eventually, which cost and wasted me an extra £12 trying to return it ontop of the total i paid for the item,

So filed a paypal claim for faulty and counterfit goods, produced the pics of receipt of item been sent back and postage receipt, but some how the claim goes in his favour now im stuck, tried to file the dispute again and wont let me,

Any advice
