I use M&S for several things, like pet insurance and house insurance. Never had an issue with them for claiming etc. Very highly voted for in the Which polls as well.

You'd hope this attitude followed to their banks too.

It's white labelled HSBC so it won't be very exciting.......

I think businesses should stick to their core activity - M&S wouldn't be very happy is HSBC started selling knickers.
