All true but Nationwide removed two times the due debits last week then returned them the day after. A fat finger got the blame. Those in the PM business suggest it was a liquidity pinch and they rehypothocated client's funds for the day.
My point: keep the absolute minimum in the banking system, it is corrupt beyond belief and has the law on it's side. While deposited it's their money, not yours. With current deposit rates you literally are better off with it withdrawn and in a box under the bed.
