As above
Any ideas? They did the same to a neighbour of ours, took bloody ages to get it cleared

If you go door to door selling for edf, or in a shopping centre or supermarket, I might have some awkward questions for you...

No idea what your question is!

Are you disputing the number of units used or the cost Per unit?
Do you live in a 1 bedroom flat or a 7 bedroom mansion?

Do you use electricity for heating and cooking as well as donestic appliances or do you have gas as well?

Etc!!!

Have you checked the basics such as

Is the meter reading on the bill the same as the one you phoned in to them?
Have there been previous readings or were those bills based on estimates?

If the previous bills were on estimates and this is a real accurate reading then there isn't a lot you can do. If the readings are wrong then you need to focus on that and get them changed.
