Looking for some help on how best to handle 3 years worth of unsubmitted Self Assessments to declare property rental income...
I couldn't sell my old house before moving and so kind of fell into renting it out without checking what the rules were before hand - Not really an excuse but now I'm looking to sell up and have been investigating CGT so I want to belatedly get everything in order.
I've done some reading and advice ranges from give HMRC a call to employing an accountant first.
What would you advise?
