Morning, just wondering of any of you lovely 'finance' peeps can give me some advice.

My 3 year fixed rate finished in August of this year and I'd like to find another deal ASAP.

I currently have a loan for £54,135.60 (Oct/12) with an interest rate of 4.74%, and my property is valued in the region of £105,000...making my LTV ~52% (I think)

I've been looking around, but there is just so many lenders.

So PH'ers do you know of any amazing deals at the moment?

Have you been to money supermarket.com to search?

I always use this to see what deals are out there. With your ltv you should end up with a much more competitive deal than you have been on.
