Old coins

Wasn't sure where to start this topic so thought here in finance would be best!
Mrs Saleen has been sorting through bits and pieces handed down from her grandfather and has a few very old coins from around the world, for example... a 1950 Australian one penny coin and a 1949 South African one penny, 1942 coin from Palestine. There are quite a few more, so is there anyone on here who knows about old coins or anyone who can suggest somewhere to take them?
