Need mortgage advice - BTL Remortgage and Legal Fees

Was after some advice, can anyone help with a BTL mortgage? Currently on residential, but want to change over to BTL. Have seen Abbey through a broker at two year tracker 3.55% but just concerned that after paying all those arrangement fees and legal fees, etc. that I would then have to do the same after the two year period.


Also, after a new residential mortgage at the same time, so getting a little confused as to best route for both.

After some advice, so if any experts here, please get in touch! Looking to do this ASAP!
