Mortgage advisors in the house?

Hi all,
I've just been to see a new potential building project local to me, and I love it! It's not your normal home, but a massive project that once converted would make a great family home!
Although I've just had my existing house valued I've not even put it onto the market yet! Any good reccomendations from the ph crowd of a good mortgage / financial advisor? To help me secure the new project?
I live in Scotland if that makes a difference?
