Are there any good providers out there? There are a few properties I am interested in, but might miss them at my current saving rate....

Circa 5.99%.

Seems reasonable to me given the risk.

Or buy new using govt newbuy scheme 95% mtg rate 4..44%

New buys are no good to me really thanks, looking for somthing I can add a bit of value to.

Nationwide's Save to Buy account offers 95% mortgages on second hand property...

We got a 95% mortgage last year with Leeds Building society. I believe it's still available now.

It is but the rates and fee's are higher than what is available elsewhere.....

True, it's not the cheapest mortgage, but it's affordable for us.
