Amount of available credit in Experian credit report?

Just having a look at my credit report online, and it says I have a small amount of available credit, we are talking less that £100

What is this? I only have my Mortgage, remaining small amount of a car loan and phone/utility bills and my unused overdraft showing on there.

I'm a bit confused as to what it is?

I'm settling the loan in a weeks time, but i am at a loss as to where this "availability" comes from as my overdraft is £500 but the account is and has been in credit for months

I believe it is the sum of the total credit limits you have on credit cards, store cards and other things. I'm not sure your overdraft counts, but possibly. Go down to the list of cards it says you have and see if you have some stupid store card that has a limit. I assume you have no credit cards, based on those words.

I assumed that's what it was after writing the thread up.

No I have no credit cards, and never have done, I was checking my report online before submitting a finance application, and I noticed the figures I had never seen them before.
