Can any mortgage-y type people help with remortgaging? £120k value, need to borrow ~£70k. Looking for 2-5yr fixes with a spectacularly low rate wink

I'll jump on this bandwagon.

Looking at borrowing £153k on a 61% LTV Rate.

Had an offer of 2.95% fixed for 5 yrs or 2.45% fixed for 2 yrs.

Anything better out there?
